Flashing Lights
Xenon lights shine over Launch Pad 39A before NASA canceled the first launch attempt for Space Shuttle Discovery on mission STS-128 due to weather, at Kennedy Space Center in Florida. NASA has also cancelled the second launch attempt, scheduled for August 26, because of a faulty liquid hydrogen fill and drain valve.
